I’ve been bringing my dog here for just under two years, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the care and patience they’ve shown. My dog can be a little anxious with grooming, but they’ve never once pushed him beyond his comfort zone. Instead they’ve taken the time to build trust, go at his pace, and make every visit a positive experience. You can tell they truly love what they do and genuinely care about the animals in their care. It warms my heart seeing how calm and happy he is afterward. Thank you for always treating my pup with such kindness and respect it means the world to me!!

Mediocre at Best! I took both of my dogs there for over a year and the service deteriorated rather quickly. I would go to pick them up and was told several times that they couldn’t do their toe nails or ears because one of them was fussing and the groomer wasn’t able to do it for some reason or another. They were more concerned about their groomer than my two little dogs! Thing is, I was charged for work they didn’t complete and that happened several times. I was charged $39.00 dollars plus the monthly fee for each of my little guys. Their groomers are young and inexperienced and their grooming skills are lacking! It’s not really a bargain when you realize they aren’t completing the work you are paying for! If you are just taking your dog in for just a bath then I guess you’ll be okay with

Don’t come here if you have a double coated dog. Employees here are really nice but they are not set up to thoroughly groom out large northerns. They refunded me my tip and 20 bucks but I still ended up paying 100$ for a service that wasn’t fully rendered. The photo is from 5 minutes of further grooming that I had to do once we got home. It took us another 2 hours to finish the job that we paid scenthound to complete- very disappointing. I personally will not come back here but I think if you have a dog with a normal coat they could probably do an acceptable job.

We forgot to make an appointment this month, but the manager was so amazing and squeezed my Stella into the schedule during her lunch!! Everyone here always greets me with a smile and I have so much trust in them to take care of my pup! I wish i could give them six stars for giving my fur baby so much love!

Giving a rating of 1star is being very generous. The manager of Scenthound deserves a negative number for customer service. The first time I took my dog in, everything was great. But yesterday when I took her in, it was a totally different story. I told them that her skin was kind of dry, so they said they had a special shampoo for that and that they would use it on her. After we got home, I was petting my dog and noticed welts all over her body. Shortly after that, I started getting welts on my body. The vet and my doctor said that she must have been allergic to the shampoo and then I was touching her and I was allergic to it also. We both have been getting hives for two days now and had to be given medication. The shampoo was the only thing different in her day, so it had to be that. I d
