Scales 'N Tails Colorado Springs

Genuinely love Scales n Tails, they give us good advice with our pets and always have what we need. I like that they're experienced reptile owners and handlers and we will never go anywhere else for supplies! The staff are friendly, we found our about the Reptile Expo through them and had a blast there, they have a lot of good knowledge to pass along when we need it. Always a good visit when we go in there for our feeders.

Always super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We've purchased a Crested gecko, blue tongue skink, and Pacman frog over the past three years and set up bioactive enclosures with the help from the staff here. Happy to report all pets are thriving!! We're currently prepping for the addition of a ball python (rescue from a coworker) and they once again have been so helpful in making us feel prepared.

There’s no way I can say how much I appreciate the employees who work here and their exceptional knowledge of reptiles! I was randomly blessed with 3 day old Jackson Chameleons and had NO idea what I was doing except trying to keep them alive. This shop and the employees have been better than the internet because I got real time information on every question and concern I could possibly think of. I’ve never truly owned a reptile that wasn’t a scorpion or hognose snake that my bro and sis found in the yard a long time ago! 🫠 Special shout out to Paul! He knows his reptiles and everything they can safely eat! I’ve been able to raise the hardest tropical chameleons in the high desert for 5 months! Thank you all!! 10 stars from me! ⭐️

We live in Woodland Park. We run into the store every other week for rqt fuzzy to feed our ball pythons. They are very trust worthy good people. They are knowledgable of their reptiles and very informative.

Only place we'll get crickets and meal worms. The vitamin greens are wonderful. We also adopted our little Nacho here and he's the best pet and we love him very much.
