The customer service here is amazing. We went here with the kids to check out the animals, and the woman working totally exceeded our expectations by showing us the snakes and just being incredibly knowledgeable and friendly with the kids. I believe the owner was there as well, and she also took the time to explain the process of caring for the axolotls. 10 out of 10 pet store. Also the giant turtle that guards the shop is legendary. Best pet store in town.

I have three ball pythons and one boa and this store is the best for everything you need from enclosures to feeders. The staff is very knowledgeable. They instructed me how to go from live to frozen thawed feeders. The store looks like a reptile zoo inside.

Absolutely amazing shop! Scales Exotic Reptiles Pet Shop is by far the cleanest and most well-maintained exotic pet store I’ve ever been to. Every enclosure is spotless, the animals all look super healthy and well cared for, and everything throughout the store is clearly labeled and organized. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, you can tell they genuinely care about the animals and want customers to succeed in caring for them, too. They also have a huge selection of reptiles, feeders, supplies, and accessories, literally everything you could need all in one place. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone who loves reptiles or exotic pets!

We pass at least three reptile stores every week to get live food for our two snakes there, they are almost 10 miles away. We've purchased a healthy Ball Python from them, tons of a accessories for our vivariums and weekly food. As recently new to the reptile world we've received LOTS of crucial advice from their knowledgeable staff to keep our snakes healthy. Would recommend to both expert and novice owners alike.

So worth the 30 min drive! Daughter and I had such a great time seeing all the reptiles all very well cared for the best I've seen honestly! Great prices very very friendly staff im so awful for not asking for names but we really appreciated all the information and getting close up interactions with the snakes and a crested gecko! Highly recommend
