The owners and employees are kind and always take wonderful care of our pets. The online booking system is handy. I wish the prices were a bit cheaper but that's the market. We once tried a different place and found that place to be "Ruff" on our pet as he came home sore and scraped up. But our dog loves going to Sawgrass and always comes home tired but in good shape.
Very friendly staff. Clean indoor/outdoor runs for dogs. Offer extra services with playtime or services you might need.
My fur baby GREMLIN had a wonderful time staying here for the past week. The staff is excellent. He loved all the play time, hugs and tummy rubs from staff. 4/20/24 Gremlin had another wonderful week stay at sawgrass. He just loves it there. The staff are amazing !
I always feel comfortable leaving our girls here. Its the Only place we will leave them. The staff are so friendly & I've seen their patience & caring with timid scared dogs.
My dog loves them. They take great care of all the pets.
