Friendly atmosphere and nicely stocked. We have popped in here several times when we ran low on dog food when we extended our stay at the cabin. Folks behind the counter are always pleasant and helpful.

Cute little store with good quality pet products. Our pup really enjoyed her blueberry pie treat. As a socially awkward introvert my interaction with the woman working was pleasant. My daughter was weirded out by the duck head and she got it from the case for her which my daughter really appreciated.

I absolutely love this store. The owner is very friendly and customer service oriented. Has an amazing variety of products, and is always willing to help identify the product you may need. The item that brought me into shopping at this store was the dog food that I use for my two boys. The dog food brand is not carried in your typical commercial pet store. Going to purchase my boys dog food is absolutely a great experience…. Best part is supporting a local business.

This store ROCKS! Amy is amazing. I came in with a list so long of pet allergies and she dropped everything to help me try and find the perfect mix for my babies. The patients and knowledge she has is unmatchable by any Big Box pet shop and her prices are better than theirs anyway! Check out her shop! Can’t endorse Saugertails enough! Amazing stock of stuff you can’t get anywhere else in the area, and great counsel from the knowledgeable owner, Amy. She’s helpful and patient when answering questions, and trustworthy when making recommendations that are truly in the best interest of the pets you’re purchasing for. -Two of my four have health issues, and it can be extremely draining both emotionally and financially. Amy’s helped me figure out what products I can buy to get them healthier, AND she’s honest about what I actually don’t need to add to my cart.
