All Groomed Up

Jodi and the kind , gentle staff she trains to help her have always done a fabulous job taking care of my darlings . My big Rottie mix who was terrified of strangers immediately trusted her , and we never went anywhere better for doggy grooming and care . Now I’m happy to say I bring my Kelpie mix in and she won’t let nobody hold her the vet techs would be floored to see how effortlessly Jodi won my dogs trust and how that made everything go smoothly. Because Jodie really really loves animals and is great at her vocation . It’s the people and how they connect that matters to me when it comes to trusting someone with my babies . Nothing but great experiences at All Groomed Up , 6 years for me as a loyal customer!! Very happy to give this business 5 stars !!!

Complete flake. Asked me if MY van broke down when I asked her when she could show up for an appointment. Then on day of supposed appointment I called to confirm she was showing up and she lost her contacts in her phone. Then proceeded to tell me she was on her way. She never asked for my address when original appt booked. Couldn’t give me any prices. She’s a complete joke and I wouldn’t trust her with my dogs. Don’t waste your time with this one.

I just adopted a 9 year old dog, Stanley, via private adoption. I picked him up right from his previous home, and he needed some grooming ASAP. He could barely see because there was so much hair in his eyes! I thought he might be blind it was so bad. I reached out to ALL Groomed UP via email and they followed up by phone very quickly after. Jodie and the folks at ALL Groomed UP were so kind to Stanley and helped him feel comfortable and happy again! I had only had him for 3 days at this point and the change in him I saw once I picked him up after his grooming appointment was incredible. Taking Stanley to get groomed here was a major turning point in him trusting me as his new owner and I am so eternally grateful to these lovely folks for taking him in for a next-day appointment in such a w

I brought my 12 week old puppy to get a bath from here once she received the green light from the vet that she had her second round of shots and it was safe. I explained that she’s a baby and a bit scared. As soon as I walk in I notice a room behind closed doors with 6+ dogs in there barking. The second thing I notice is how filthy it is in here. I’m talking everything. They tell me that the whole bath will take 2.5 hours. I thought that was a really long time but she said she didn’t want to rush it . I said okay, but please when she’s done don’t put her in that room with all those dogs. She’s afraid, and not old enough to be spayed. I’ll come get her right away. She said okay.
