Dr. Wilson and the staff are excellent. The vet tech Dexter is so nice and helpful. I told them I had a learning disability and pre dementia. They all were very understanding and helped me understand everything they were doing for my cats. They're very compassionate and caring. Dr. Wilson explains everything really well. And is very knowledgeable .This clinic is very clean and organized. I've been to other vets in the area and all they care about is money. This clinic really cares about animals. They tell you what needs to be done and gives you the price of everything up front. No judgement if you can't afford everything like other vets do. Long overdue review. Two years ago we brought in our cat, Toast, for a check up while we were traveling over Christmas for what ended up being an emergency that required surgery. All of the staff were so helpful, caring, and communicative throughout the process. The doctor also went above and beyond by calling to check up on Toast and discussing post-surgery questions/concerns with me when they arose. Thank you all for taking great care of our Toast and making us feel as at ease as possible. We always recommend your office now when local friends are looking.

The doctor and staff are amazing! The doctor takes as much time as needed to answer questions and explain the plan of care moving forward. (Vaccines routine visits etc) From check in to check out everything is run very efficiently and the clinic is spotless! We’ve used this clinic for our previous dogs for many years and the same staff is still there, that alone says a lot!

It was nearly 24 hours ago that I took my dog Muffin in for urgent care after she jumped down from my arms to the tile floor. Since Covid, I have taken care of her grooming and healthcare needs with naturopathic therapy. Dr. Nick and Tom we’re so helpful to my precious 9 year old dog for the immediate day and what paths may be needed to keep her with me longer, as I lost her littermate before she turned 5 back in 2021. 5 stars ⭐️ to all the staff from beginning to end. Today i was helped by Garee, whom was very respectful and enjoyable to speak. she made sure they took care of my dog Max. He was a little tense but they were able to take care of him amd get his shoots he needed. Jocelyn is very patient, attentive and respectful that she alongside Dr. Nico make your visit very pleasing, fun and enjoyable for you and your pet.
