We took our 3-month-old puppy to his first appointment, they took him for 3 minutes to check the weight and he came back stinking of cigarettes, they applied 2 vaccines and when we left without 10 minutes passed our puppy began to behave in an unusual way so we called to ask about whether or not that behavior was normal after the vaccine and being able to talk to the veterinarian and the lady in the lobby says that the doctor has already left and that we must take him to the emergency room, then she says that we forgot to pay a charge for the consultation and that we must return and that the doctor will check the puppy, when returning he indicates that he applied an injection so that he was calmer without saying what kind of medicine or what he supplies, definitely a bad experience, lack o

I understand some 1 star reviews that complain about waiting to long for shots and check ups but being a dog dad and learning your 3yr furbaby only has a day of life left I'm sure thankful they took the time for us to process our intense emotions before rushing us out the examine room for bisket and her sedated nail trimming session thanks SVC

Love this place! The doctors and staff are amazing! So professional, and trustworthy with your pets healthcare needs. I have been coming here on and off for years, surgery, prescription food, and so much more. Thank you for taking such great care of my fur baby! Both when she was a puppy and now as a senior. Our vet tech was so friendly and gentle with Patches, she made him comfortable and less nervous. Our veterinarian is great every time. Patches loves him.

Sarasota veterinary Center is the worst experience I have ever had. I purchased a Pomeranian puppy, paid in full from Petland in Sarasota and they have a partnership with this horrendous company. Petland told us to make an appointment with in five days of purchase for a checkup that would be free of cost. My appointment was at 1000am, I arrived at 0945 am and filled out all they paperwork. I waited until 1045 and said I understand some hold up normal but a 45 min wait is unacceptable, I sat down because I was told I was next. 1105 am and they called a person that had an appointment at 1100 before me so I decided to approached them and let them know that this is not acceptable and I wanted they owners or managers name and contact information.
