Awesome! Went in to get some dog and cat food from their pet pantry. I was impressed by their Clean campus, great customer service, and staff that was super knowledgeable and helped me right away. I walked into a lobby of people thinking it was going to take forever to be seen but within seconds someone helped me out. On my way out I took a look at the little cat corner they have for some of their adoptable cats - so cute! you can really tell that they want to give the absolute best to the animals that are there, and as animal lover I really appreciate them and all the hard work they do

Honestly, we ALMOST had a decent experience here, however the professionalism lacks severely. We have been looking around for a couple weeks now for a pup and was told by some friends to check out the humane society in SM, so we went today. Grave mistake. We have a child, around a year old who makes a lot of noises (she's a baby right? Babys make noises, babys yell, baby's cry, they poop, ALL OF THE THINGS), even our advocate was like "hey it's totally fine!! I have kids too. We all understand!!" When I apologized for my child's high energy. We had been given a number to wait in line as there were families above us, totally fine, we had been taking the baby outside to play the entire time to keep the peace from causing a disturbance to the employees and other families, finally during our a

I brought my cat here after seeing good reviews, but this was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a veterinary facility. From the start, they kept pushing me to go to a full-service vet instead of actually helping, even though they advertise affordable care. I was charged for multiple exams on different days, only to be told over and over to “come back tomorrow,” like they were hoping I’d just give up. At one point, the vet told me he was going to do a urinalysis that day. They took my cat, charged me for another exam, and then suddenly said he couldn’t do it because he “had a meeting.” Meanwhile, I could clearly see him sitting in his office, just staring at me through the glass. It felt uncomfortable, dismissive, and honestly disrespectful. The

I paid 60 for a exam of my dog and mentioned in the concerns a rash my dog had that i had a good idea of it being and I was hoping they would do a thorough exam and take a look at the rash. But they were out in Less Then what felt like five minutes it didn’t feel like they really examined my dog which and I was told they couldn’t examine the rash because it bugs my dog when touched . It just felt like they took his weight and then came out told me what I had told them and that I could pay for other test and stuff to see if he has allergies which I can’t really afford right now and to top it off when I was having second thoughts because of financial concerns it felt embarrassing not being able to talk in a private space having people hearing when i have to leave something I can’t afford i

We recently adopted our sweet Lucy from the SM Humane Society. She is an amazing little girl and we feel so blessed to have her as part of our family. The staff is extremely helpful and professional at the shelter and made the adoption process very easy.
