Sandy Oaks Kennel, Daycare and Spaw

I had the worst experience with Sandy Oaks Kennel. I boarded my dog here for two weeks and was extremely disappointed with the care he received. Throughout his stay, I called every few days to check in because I was not receiving the promised “report cards.” Each time, I was reassured that he was doing great and was even described as a “great role model” for other dogs. It wasn’t until I picked him up that I learned he had been isolated and not socialized a single time during his entire stay. We have an energetic dog, not an aggressive one, and I feel his behavior was misread rather than properly managed or worked with. They also advertise a pond for dogs to play in. My 2 dogs Daphne & Lily stayed with Sandy Oaks twice already, and they love it. The second time they went running to the door, went inside and through the gate without even a second glance. I felt shunned, LOL But they loved being there. They are definitely well taken care of and so spoiled by the staff. The staff is super nice and friendly to deal with as well, kind, compassionate and understanding. The facility is very nice and its such a relief to know my babies are well cared for when I am out of town. As you can see they are very spoiled. Thank you Sandy Oaks

I LOVE this kennel and day Spaw 😊. We are new to Texas and they came highly recommended. They made me feel at ease leaving my dog with them for mini daycare and then for overnight boarding. He’s ALWAYS happy when I pick him up and then exhausted when I get him home. He loves it here ❤️.

The city was going to turn off the power from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. where we live and I had to be at work all day my baby would have been in the heat all day. I called Sandy Oaks and they worked him in. I read the reviews and I had some people highly recommend them and I strongly agree with them when I picked up my baby he was in such good spirits and was sad when we drove away. Not only will he be going back once a week for daycare he will be spending 10 days of boarding with them. I highly recommend them they were wonderful with my baby. We dropped our dog off here while on vacation in Port A. The staff really loves dogs and the price is very affordable. I recommend rather then paying hotel fees, Elle had her own little vacation while we had ours.
