Aransas County Animal Control

Pls do something about the dogs located at 2437 Armstrong Rd. These dogs run out at the school busses, Amazon, UPS, FedEx and /trucks cars. They’re going to cause an accident. I have witnessed them bite people on bikes and when walking. I have called numerous times and nothing gets done. I do not have time to pull out my phone and get video/pic evidence of this while in the process of trying to run the dogs off the road so the person they bit can get away. Something needs to be done.

Officer Head was awesome in helping us with a little kitten that amazingly survived a trip from Fort Stockton to Rockport in the engine compartment/under the hood of our car! She got the call on Friday at 4:50 pm and came straight to our VRBO! We were unable to keep a kitten in our VRBO and didn’t know what we would do. So thankful for her assistance in making sure this adorable kitten was rescued and given a good home:) Officer Head deserves recognition for her kindness and compassion!

Great organization with caring staff. I found my sweet kitten there.....love at first sight❣️ Micro chipped, all shots and spayed for the best fifty dollars I have ever spent. These guys are awesome! Thank's again❣️

Thank you for Millie!(aka Astra, name changed). We got her from you back in April at Rockport market days. We weren't even looking for a dog. She had been at your shelter for months, so I was worried she might have issues. She has been the best girl! Healthy and happy she was obviously cared for at the shelter. Adoption process was easy. She is living her best life in Michigan which is good because she hates being hot! I tease that she was drawn to me because she saw the northern license plates! Thanks for all you do!

I love you guys and y'all have helped with the pup nextdoor to me. However I'm not sure if you checked up on the pup a second time ? I had reported to y'all that the pup was on a very short leash( chain) it kept getting stuck around the tree and the owners could careless ! I also reported that the pup had an eye infection at the time. It has been three or four months maybe even longer since I had seen the pup . Today before leaving I went to say bye to the pup and he now appears to be blind ! The same eye with the infection ! Please help him.
