I took my cat in for a routine visit and they took her from the exam room for a blood draw and came back an extended time later stating that they had let her escape and she was stuck in an X-ray machine. She was terrified and traumatized. The vets then inform me that they might have to euthanize her and send her brain off for a rabies test since she bit someone. They were wildly misinformed as the protocol is a 10 day quarantine unless the animal is showing signs of rabies. They let her sit in the x-ray machine for around 24 hours when they sedated her and removed her. Then the state required a 10 day quarantine at the animal shelter. It was a horrible experience for my sweet kitty who has never shown any aggression in her life. The most upsetting part (aside from the horrible threat that

Phenomenal service! They showed such grace and patience as we arrived late after our long journey to get our cat medical attention. Our cat’s first-ever car ride was nothing short of a full dramatic opera—complete with wailing solos, frantic pacing, and multiple emergency pit stops for everyone to emotionally regroup. And to top it off, they had this beautiful art décor (a painting?) that added such a warm, calming touch the moment we walked in. Truly appreciated their kindness from start to finish.

Please do not come here if you love your pet these people could careless , they prescribed medicine that killed my dog and actually told me it would be ok to take her for walks when she had breathing problems , the doctors are rude and really uneducated and fake as well as the front desk , bottom line is all they want is your money and will tell you she will be just fine and prescribe you medication that interacts with each other and this is the end result me having to bury my chi this morning after taking her to the vet yesterday and spending a boatload of money... I hate you people!

YOU SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! money hungry, abusive, neglectful, guesswork at best! Front of office staff ARE AWFUL, no training on how to handle sick animals. Putting a loop leash around my dog’s neck and dragging him across the floor IS ABUSIVE. HIS DISEASE makes it hard to walk on tile/ is disorienting, which your vet told me when you “diagnosed it”. Then you have the nerve to roll your eyes at me, “ugh” and storm off when I pulled the leash from you and told you to stop DRAGGING MY DOG ACROSS THE LOBBY!?!?!? I ask for medical records to go elsewhere and the receptionists refused! i paid 1000s in unnecessary medications and surgeries due to a misdiagnosis another vet in the office confirmed when they refused to continue the treatment path the first vet had us on. ofcourse, they wouldnt re

I wish to thank everyone for their care of Rusty, this morning. After blood work, he had diabetes, failing kidneys, comprised liver and pancreas with elevated white blood cells. The choice was obvious, he'll greet me at the rainbow bridge. Again thank you for the compassion.
