Great place, but they NEVER answer their phones. We adopted 2 cats and have a simple question about their immunizations and can not get anyone to answer!!! I don't have time to drive all the way down to the office for a question.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They explained what to expect so when the great dane I brought home demonstrated separation anxiety i knew what to do and stuck with it. Now she is settled and we are thrilled with the new addition to our family.

Really nice place with lots of amazing dogs and cats that can come out and play with you in yards. Pretty nice staff who can answer your questions. Clean and has nice trees and grassy areas.

My Family would like to thank every single staff who have taken there precious's time to open this place of time of need for every family who needed a shelter for there pets during the Fairview Fire. Our dogs, Jazz and Johsie was well taken care of during the time we had to evacuate and that we had trouble taken them to places where they cannot stay. Thank you again for all your help... Poli Family... Plus Jazz got Chip for free... Thank you again...
