Animal Medical Center

One of my fur babies had issues over the weekend but the emergency clinics said we would have to leave her there overnight and I didn’t want to. So we took a chance and drove to this clinic after reading great reviews. We walked in and the front desk staff made every effort to secure a late afternoon spot for us. This is a busy office understandably because it has great staff and doctors. It is always clean and organized, and feels welcoming for my fur babies. Today we were fortunate to see Dr. Berg, and of if I could write him a poem I would lol. He is very professional, efficient, and so knowledgeable. He is extremely patient to listen to symptoms, questions, and takes time to provide answers. He makes you feel so valued and heard as a fur baby parent. I was so anxious and scared to f

Dr. Berg and the crew were so helpful several weeks ago. I got to squeeze in a visit on a Friday morning that was a bit slower than usual. I'm from out of town & my dog was having a Pancreatitis attack. We tried meds, and me taking her home, but this time it didn't work. Dr. Berg said bring her back in the morning if necessary. I did and they kept her for 2 nights. By Monday morning she was almost back to normal. I couldn't have asked for a more caring & compationate Vet away from home. 😊🐕🐾🩹Thank you from my ♥️!

Amazing place to take your fur babies in the case of an emergency. They take care credit which also helped my situation! I can’t speak on them to much as I took my fur baby as an emergency and she ultimately passed away. But I loved how fast and caring the staff is. The doctor was amazing, he called and encouraged me I was making the right decision. The ladies up front are super nice and efficient!

I would not recommend bringing your animals here. Years ago, my grandmother’s dog died at this facility after a routine teeth cleaning. We were told the dog was left with its collar on in the run and became caught on a nail, which led to a tragic outcome. That alone should have raised serious concerns about their safety practices. More recently, my own pet was misdiagnosed here and when I called to discuss concerns because my animal is sick I experienced an extremely rude and unprofessional phone interaction. Instead of addressing concerns, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful word for word stated “what did I want to get out of this” Between the past incident and my recent experience, I have lost confidence in this clinic’s professionalism and standards of care.
