I just went to have a meeting and greet with a dog I saw online. It was my first time going there. Everyone was really nice. I just felt heartbroken with how many dogs are actually there. I've had 2 other rescues and my most recent one just passed away. It was time to go rescue another. I ended up adopting a beautiful shepherd. He's a 6 month old puppy. I'm thinking of coming back for another one if I can. Maybe in a few months. But please if you can please adopt those animals need homes!!! I'm still thinking of a name 🤔

They killed a dog that I grew an attachment to. Added him on the registration list as an emotional support dog and everything. He ate something and got sick, I planned to get him back after taking him just to try to get him some medical help. He deserved it. Hospitals were too expensive for me and I called every non profit organization for financial support. I hate San Bernardino county . About only an hour after dropping him off they put him to sleep smh they didn’t even try to help him. I’ll never rely on them R.I.P shilo. He was Only 5 months old.

I just want to take a moment to acknowledge how wonderful everyone has been to be through this organization. Krista with the Lange Foundation has helped me immensely. Life isn't always easy, but she has definitely eased my burdens... More than once! Melinda is stellar, Kathleen is incredible and Cassie is amazing! I feel like there could never be enough credit given to these people, the other staff and the volunteers. It's hard when there just never seems to be enough staff or resources to serve the community, especially in lieu of statewide budget cuts. There's always a constant influx of animals here (I've seen it firsthand) and these folks just don't get enough accolades or kudos. They work hard, and this type of work isn't easy by any means. They assist with so much, and yet there are

The sad part is I found a stray, super friendly, and lost dog. Because of my circumstances, I couldn't bring this precious dog into my home and care for it. I called the animal shelter in san bernadino, and they were very friendly. When I got there, they immediately helped this doggie, checked for a micro chip, registered this precious dog, and welcomed him. They took him from my arms and treated him love and care. I really appreciated the warmth they brought and the energy not treating him like a number. Along with the other dogs, they were clean and healthy. You can tell they work as a team to care for these lost dogs.
