Room & Groom at Mitchell Ranch

I am so incredibly thankful to Laura Mitchell and her staff for taking such good care of my 3 fur babies. I was leaving out of state for the birth of my grandchild when my pet sitter had a last minute family emergency. I reached out to Laura and she responded immediately. It was the first time I ever had to take my doggies to be boarded. I was incredibly nervous and she offered me reassurance that they would be well taken care of. When I returned to pick them up, they were very happy and I could tell that they were well taken care of. She even put sweaters on the three of them. Mitchel Ranch is now my go to place. We’ve been back 3 times in the past 3 months. I highly recommend Mitchel Ranch.

As the founder of a rescue, the care of our animals is our highest priority. I have worked in conjunction with Room and Groom at Mitchell Ranch for years now and wouldn't use any other boarding service. The dogs receive excellent care there and are given individual attention that they could not receive elsewhere.

I want to give out my feedback to pet parents that are going to take their fur babies to this place. I was communicating back and forth through text message with somebody that I'm going to assume is Laura. I was acquiring about taking my two dachshunds for day camp. It took a long time but it is the holidays and they do board so I was very understanding. The fact that they asked for my dogs to have the canine influenza shot on top of their other shots. Really put me in a good place. I made arrangements to take them on Saturday which I did. When I got to the place I had the EBGBs. But I shrug it off and I said you know what this is good so that way my puppies can get some time bonding with other dogs. As I walked up to this place it took them awhile to get to me. It's a great inconvenient place to drop off your dog for doggie daycare or overnight stay. She also offers grooming. Laura is a great person that you can contact via text message. Her staff are great with the furry guest and each of them by name. Her boarding rate is fair and is better than most boarding rates out there.

Excellent staff, great program with play groups, works with rescue. Does boarding for cats and dogs...
