I was recommended Sammy’s Dog Walking service by my colleagues when I rescued my dog 3 years ago. We have had a great experience with Sammy’s service. Lindsay, Acacia, Jana are wonderful walkers who take care of my Natalie like she was their own. I’m so grateful to have them to walk her while I’m at work.

I have used Sammy's service for the past 6 years. They are professional, reasonably priced, and totally reliable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs dog walking services. Way better than Rover! The picture attached is one of many photos sent to me by one of Sammy's employees. It makes my day getting those pictures every time they take them for a walk.

Sammy has a great team. We have a regular walker who is awesome and never fails to send us an update and photo each day. She is also able to cover us for trips or vacation and if she can't she contacts another walker in Sammy's network to cover. It is awesome, you don't have to figure it out and they have backups for everyone. Expect to pay extra for holidays and if you cancel last second (both of which totally make sense and we are fine with because the quality of service is so excellent). We never worry when Sammy's team and our primary dog walker are taking care of our fluff duo (dog and cat).

Sammy’s Dog Walking, and especially Scarlet, have been an absolute delight to work with! Scarlet has been walking our pups for over two years now. She is incredibly caring, reliable, and always communicates wonderfully. Our dogs adore her, and I love receiving the daily photo updates from their walks—it’s clear they’re having a great time. Sammy’s service is not only top-notch but also local and very cost-efficient compared to other pet care services in Charlottesville. Highly recommended!
