Most amazing staff, I was so worried about my baby. They took such good care of him for 2 days. And now we are back together watching our drama shows! Thank you!!

Our kitty Cassy had a very strange blue mark on her forehead and after googling a we only found a bunch of scary warnings telling us to go to the vet immediately. Even when we called our regular vet they told us to take her to urgent care immediately. We took her here and were helped within an hour, she got attention quickly and we found out all that worry was just over a minor bruise. They were even kind enough to waive our fee. Thank y’all for calming our fears and having great customer service :)

DO NOT bring your fur baby here. the staff are horrible.. i was a first timer for having to come to an emergency vet and they saw my vulnerability and took advantage of it! two tests costed me over 1,000 dollars in TWO DAYS and they misdiagnosed her. took x-rays of her and they told me they sent them to a radiologist … come to find out from another clinic i went to told me that the “radiologist” was an AI RADIOLOGIST!!!!!! i was furious. still am! they put my baby through so much for NOTHING! the staff was so inconsiderate of not only myself, but to my mother and the being of my animal. they don’t care for the animals they care if your card checks out at the end of it! they were not patient, not assuring and definitely not animal friendly. my poor baby accidentally peed on herself and they

We brought our cat to Salem Veterinary Emergency Clinic after noticing he had been struggling to breathe for a couple of days. We knew his time with us was coming to an end and wanted to ensure he didn’t suffer. When we called, the staff told us to bring him in right away. Our sweet kitty was 15 years old, and although it was incredibly hard, we were prepared to say goodbye. The entire team was amazing—kind, gentle, and compassionate. They took the time to explain everything to our 10-year-old and gave her the choice to stay with our cat during his peaceful passing. She chose to be there, and the doctor handled the moment with such care and understanding. We are deeply grateful to the staff for their compassion and support during such a difficult time. Unfortunately yesterday thanksgiving 2025 we had to put down my mother's pup molly of 12 years who has been around since my daughter was born and majority of my sons life it was a very difficult decision but she had spinal issues and we knew she was in pain and didn't want her suffering anymore from the call to the end the staff was amazing in helping in every step of the process I can't thank you guys and gals enough for your compassion and understanding when families loose their pets I know it's a everyday thing but your staff was amazing thank you again for the help ❤️ rip Molly Lynn you were still happy till the end
