Employees are friendly and helpful...always a good selection in the things that I go there for. I have a Service Dog and a cat and everything they need are there.

They sell Quality dog food. It's worth the price. They also have loyalty rewards programs. There is a clearance shelf for those who need that information.

I used to be able to walk in here and it was fully staffed, and someone was always asking if I had any questions or needed help. Now, it seems they are always understaffed, and I'm lucky if I can get a hello, let alone someone to help me. They all seem annoyed if you have questions. This store is night and day different compared to the positive experience I had a year ago.

My dog is new to Oregon coming from Arizona. I had lots of questions on how to keep him warm. The staff there graciously helped me, even though it was close to closing. They took the time to make sure the garment fit perfectly!

Salem Pet Supply is our go-to Pet Supply store in town. Better selection and service than the nearby big box stores. They provide great product advice and will help bring your purchase to the car. All the above plus great selections at reasonable prices. Stopped in today for some dog food and a tag. Salem Pet Supply offers pet tags from Italy, engraved to order, as you watch.
