I know your docs care and everyone is professional. Excellent lobby, but it seems that is needed because your staff must be over worked (too busy)... so you instruct owners to pick up at a certain time, ok great. The problem is when it takes over an hour to get the bill, get my pet and his diagnosis. The delay cost me a co-pay for a missed appointment later in the day... fantastic. Please focus on expediting customers when they arrive. If you've taken the time to offer refreshments, an awesome lobby and an AI powered text chat bot - this should be the easy part for people going through potentially awful news. I have to be honest.

I called for an appointment on a referral. I end up scheduling with them via text, which I appreciate. I didn't receive any sort of a confirmation, other than the booking one, which always slightly worries me that my appointment was still valid. The facility itself was nice, clean, and accommodating for myself and my fur baby. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly staff member, who promptly took my guy in back and left me an iPad to fill out. He then returned and informed me I'd receive a call when it was time to return. The vet called and explained the results of our testing and next steps. Blessed to have such a high quality imaging clinic close by. Have had to use their services more times than I want to think about, thank God for insurance and the fact they are a Direct Pay clinic with Trupanion! Beyond a one off issue where we had to drive all the way back to the clinic in 5pm 183/McNeil traffic😬 to have bandages taken off after Synovetin injections I have never had any issues. Pricing is fair for the quality of the advanced diagnostics you're doing and very transparent. I trust the team to take good care of my girl and Dr. Sage is incredible!

I was incredibly impressed with every single team member at Sage Veterinary Hospital. They got us in very quickly and clearly explained all of the costs upfront when I first made the appointment. The staff followed up after the initial consultation, walked me through their recommendations, and ultimately suggested a CT scan which I’m so grateful we did. It gave us peace of mind knowing that the mass wasn’t spreading throughout the body. They also performed biopsies on two masses and had results the same day! Do not go here, they deliberately waited to respond so they could charge an additional $200-$400 for an additional bloodwork. Putting my pet at a further time risk for their gain. They did not answer for 2 weeks after text, call, and e-mail. They were not honest for their reasons why for the delay as I have everything in writing and recorded calls refuting their claims. They first said they didn’t have the medical records in time - the vet and I e-mailed them all the same date of referral 2 weeks ago. Then they said their “call tree system was messed up” - though they knew within 15 minutes that I was soon deciding to go with a different imaging center because they received a call saying I was asking about an alternative imaging center.
