Carol Dugan at Rutland Animal Hospital is beyond amazing. She is a fur mom herself and she has an instant rapport with her fur clientele and their parents. She is an animal lover and a teacher at heart. She takes the time to fully explain and to bond with the patient. She has seen us through easy routine visits up to critical care visits and we adore her. More importantly, we hundred percent trust her. We trust her genuine love of animals and her experience and her advice. The staff at Rutland animal Hospital is also wonderful. The front desk and the techs and other vets are very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!!!! 💕💕💕

Took my rescue kitten Charlie in for her first visit last week. This was also my first time using this vet clinic. I found the front staff to be kind and helpful. Dr Reid took time with Charlie and thoroughly answered all my questions. Dr. Reid even took time to answer some questions regarding how to introduce this new baby to my resident cat. Great first visit!

I have brought my Lil Scrappy in since I got him at 4lbs. Now he is 73lbs but Dr. Green and her staff fell in love with him and has treated him very well for the past 3 years. Now we have a new addition and can’t wait for everyone to meet Ellie. Ellie can’t wait to meet Dr. Green, Scrap has been telling her don’t working about going to the Drs. cause she is a real nice lady.

They always celebrate our guy when we come to visit. Always hear very positive things when he comes back from testing, showing me that they truly care for my guy. We had him neutered and it went smoothly, however he had a reaction to the stitches so they provided a post-op exam free of charge and got him on medication straight away to tackle the issue. We see Dr. Reid, and my family sees Dr. Green. They are both amazing to each of our pets ❤️. Will recommend this vet to any and everyone!! Dr. Reid has been so helpful and attentive with our cat Seymour. Over the last 6 months, she has listened, gave thorough explanations of his treatment and possible causes of his symptoms. She is conservative with her treatments and takes prices of them in to account and gives us options. I appreciate her so much!
