Running S Equine Veterinary

I chose this vet because the owner is an exceptional surgeon. I would choose Dr Staller if we needed surgery. However, I do not find the staff to be professional and left the practice. The office manager is quick to respond defensively with ego before listening and empathizing when I made an effort to share my negative experiences with her. We left the practice after requesting an emergency visit. When I called they told us that my horse isn't their patient and they were offended that I allowed another vet to support the rehabilitations of lameness identified by another doctor. I brought a second doctor in because I knew something was wrong and they missed it. I was transparent and sent Running S each progress report as I rehabilitated my horse. They have taken excellent care of my horses. Each of the vets I have interacted with has been very thorough, kind and taken the time to explain things to me.

Rescued a 8yr old QH from auction about a year and a half ago. Greg came very highly recommended to try and figure out this horse's issues (all over lameness, but trying to identify the source). Booked an appointment 3 weeks out, waited while this horse struggled being sound on pasture, and the day of the appointment, he cancelled. They sent out another younger and significantly less experienced vet who said he would converse with Greg and share everything with him to help figure out the issues. Called in for a estimate on a castration and was told someone would call me back...I called next day and whoever picks up the phone said sir it's takes few days for that.....absolutely ridiculous
