Got my dog a trim and bath. Ny wife scheduled the appointment over the phone. We had to move the appointment a few weeks later. Everything was done over the phone. There was no paperwork to be read. When our dog was picked up there was a $35 cancellation fee. First, we did not cancel we rescheduled. Second, if it’s over the phone and there’s no paperwork or fine print you should advise that you’re gonna charge a cancellation fee for rescheduling. Don’t think we will be returning.

Every time I have been in the team has been welcoming and friendly, pointing out sales and even an array of free samples. They are really interested in animal well being and routinely donate to rescue organizations and support adoption efforts. Since I have first started going, they have a much better selection of things for cats too!

I have been going to Pets, Pets, Pets for a couple years now, I believe, and they are great. I will drive 30 minutes from my house to go to Pets,Pets, Pets to get something at the Pet store for my dogs. John, the owner is so helpful and will do what he can for your pets. As for the grooming side, they do great work and if you need something tweaked they will do. I love bringing my dogs to Pets, Pets, Pets for their grooming. John, wants the best people around your pets and that is so appreciated. There are groomers closer to my house, but I will take my dogs there for grooming as well. They don’t just groom dogs, but cats as well. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else, nor would I trust anyone else with my puppies (aka dogs) than Pets, Pets, Pets for their food or grooming needs.

When I moved back home last year I was very happy to see this local store carried my dog food which I'd only been able to order online before. Since then I have appreciated this store and the people here beyond measure. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and always want to help. Recently I went to the store because I had an injured dog and was looking for a topical pain reliever. The owner gave me a bottle of something that had just come in and wasn't even in inventory that sounded like it would fit the needs of everything I was looking for. He just asked that I let him know if it worked. It was a miracle worker and it was so kind of him to just give it to me because he didn't know whether or not it would work. I can't recommend this store any higher. It definitely deserves more tha
