Ruffin’ It Ranch

I highly recommend Ruffin it Ranch. Just boarded my English Bulldog there for a week, and it was a great stay. He's very spoiled and not boarded often, so I was concerned about finding the right place for him. The staff is very friendly and responds to any calls or emails throughout the stay, also explaining all the options and costs before check-in. The facility is very clean. The staff handled my dog's special diet and daily medication. You can get extra playtime sessions with other dogs or alone. Upon pickup, everything was neatly packaged, including bedding and extra food. He was in great spirits when I picked him up and looked great.

EDIT: I received an update for my pet, just one right after I posted this review. Updating this review now and will update after the few more days he's staying there. I hope that they repair any communication issues with the portal or their email/telephone services for a quicker response time. I began receiving more updates as my pet's visit got closer to the last day. He's safe and healthy at pick-up. But that was a big problem half the time he was there. Original review: I'm writing this now because I have tried to contact this business several times through different ways, and I feel this is my last try before going in person. I dropped my cat off about 29 hours ago and have not heard a word about him. The worker who took him in asked if I wanted updates/photos and I said definitely,

We love Ruffin It Ranch. The entire staff is so accommodating and genuinely kind. They were incredibly helpful when our return date was unexpectedly delayed, and they took wonderful care of our senior dog the entire time. It’s such a relief knowing he’s with people who truly care! Our pup had her first day here. She came home exhausted and happy. Staff was very nice and the establishment was extremely clean. We will definitely be coming back.

We were not happy boarding our dogs here. The owner did meet us early in the morning on Sunday which she usually doesn’t do so we appreciate that, however, when we arrived she didn’t greet our dogs in any way just pushed them into the side room. We were not happy with the drop off situation to begin with because other cats and dogs were loose on the property. After we left we got a call that one of our dogs was being aggressive and we would need to return to get him. This has never happened at any other boarding facility but we did send someone to go get him. We were asked multiple question upon arrival that we had already answered in their onboarding paper work that was lengthy, they obviously don’t take the time to read what you submit. We never received any updates on our other two dogs
