My dog had an appointment today and unfortunately I arrived a few minutes late. I understand your policy but you should fix your client attention. I arrived 15 minutes late to bathe my dog and they did not want to do so, with 3 people there doing nothing and without any client being helped. I will take my business elsewhere.

Clerk Rebecca said returning items paid for with rewards dollars do not return the rewards dollars back to my petco account. The receipt shows 41 cents per item, but the rewards dollars used were more. Rebecca kept highlighting the receipt 41 cents on the individual items. She could not understand that $60 in product which had a balance of $21 leaves $39 Paid by Vital cares 10% deduction AND $20 in rewards dollars. She wanted to give me $12 back for a return of seven $5 items. Why be a Vital care member? I edited this review because I had great help from Asst Mgr Annie in the past. I went to snag some cat litter quick, and was kind of stunned at how disgusting the fish tanks and other animal tanks were. I don't know if this is normal or not but it didn't seem right. I couldn't even see inside some of the enclosures. I'll post pics, but I think this store needs to put a little more effort into the well being of these animals. The buisness as a whole might not care but the employees should at least try.

I have been a loyal petco customer for the past 9yrs, I can only find certain treats for my dog there. The person who assisted me name was Bill. Bill was simply Amazing, just pleasant! Restored my faith in customer Service.

What a joke you guys are !!! I made an appt for grooming and today calls for RAIN in our area and you guys canceled my appt. I called and the girl goes “winter weather advisory” say you don’t want to work without saying you don’t want to work 🤣🤣 WE ARE GETTING RAIN IN OUR AREA NOT SNOW LIKE THE REST OF THE STATE !
