She was very good with the 2 dogs I have brought to her for nail trimming. First was older and loves treats and attention. Second not like that and very big . She and I worked together to get them done. After a few minutes with the second dog she tried the grinder instead and things went better then. Thru out the process she was calm and talked softly to both dogs to reassure them. I was very happy with her quick response to my request for and appointment . Definitely going to go back!
