They can't be bothered to pick up a phone at noon on a friday? Can't at least put me on hold? They hit end call and it went to voicemail 3 times in a row. I can't wait around for them to get back to me just to find out if I can even get my dog in soon or if I can even AFFORD to prolong his life or not. No point in leaving a message with those clowns.

They were amazing. The tech and vet spent so much time with me and listened to my concerns. When we discovered the cancer, they gave me time with my pup and allowed me to take up a room for over 1 1/2 hours with her and our family to say goodbye. 100% recommended. Very tactful.

I had an exemplary customer service experience with the Vet Tech that took care of Ruby during her teeth cleaning and extraction of several of her teeth. Ruby is 15 and we were very worried about her being put under for this procedure. The Vet Tech, I wish I had her name, took excellent care of her and even took her to a staff meeting so she could keep an eye on her after the procedure. I am so grateful for this level of care, it means more than I can say. Thank you for caring so much.

We moved up here about a year and a half ago and had still been driving back to our old vet because we just couldn’t find anyone nearby who felt like the right fit for our dogs. Then we brought home our new lab puppy, Violet, and decided to give Moosehead Trail Veterinary Hospital a try — and we are so glad we did! Like all things, the price of pet care has increased significantly from last year. The staff @ Moosehead Trail Vet has always been Top Notch! Meow Meow has been a patient there for 8 or 9 years now, and I will continue to use their services in the future. Thanks Dr McAvoy and everyone!!
