I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for the exceptional service from FurExpress and Rue’s kennel As a busy person, I was worried about handling the permits for my furbaby's migration to the US, but they made the entire process seamless. From inquiry to departure, everything went smoothly, and their staff were incredibly accommodating. Thankyou so much rue’s kennel for taking care of my pup I'm emotional seeing my Chaniely arrive safely after 22 hours of travel with layovers. Thank God for her safe flight! I appreciate the prompt responses, valuable tips, and expertise of the staff. They're knowledgeable, transparent, and professional. I’m so grateful to the Rue's Kennels team at the LAX animal quarantine facility for taking such good care of Aki and Grey. They were very responsive and kept me updated about everything — whether my babies ate, took their meds, or were drinking enough water. When we finally got my babies, they were in great shape, healthy, and so excited to see us — which says a lot about how well they were cared for. I also appreciate how quickly they processed their release and how smoothly everything went. They worked closely with our pet transport service and made the whole process seamless. Communication was always easy whether through email or other messaging apps, and I could feel how much they truly cared about my pets. There are no words to express how thankful i am to Rues Kennel, especially Ma'am Jill and Sir Jon. They took such amazing care of my 13 years old Audia, going above and beyond in every way. They pampered her with oatmeal baths, let her sleep in a baby crib, and treated her with so much love. Sir Jon even flew with her in the cabin to make sure she was okay, especially since she was weak when she arrived in LAX. You can truly see how much they love animals and how dedicated they are to their well-being. They are amazing people. 10/10 Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Worked with Rue’s kennels to bring my dog from abroad to the US. The entire process was explained clearly, and the staff was very helpful in the entire process, including communicating with the Pet Taxi driver we hired. Our dog was taken care of with love over night, and we got updates that made feel at ease knowing that she is well taken care of. Would recommend to any one planning to relocate their dog from abroad to the US!

Finding a service provider that treats dogs like family is rare, but Rue’s Kennel LAX does exactly that. We consider our dog as our kid, and the care he received here was exceptional. ​I want to give a huge shout-out to Jill for her incredible effort. After our airline cancelled our booking, she stepped in and worked tirelessly to help us reconfirm everything. The rest of the team—specifically Jay, Jonathan, and Emely—were just as helpful, keeping us updated constantly and ensuring we felt at ease throughout the entire process. ​Our Husky clearly enjoyed his stay at the facility and came home happy. I truly wish this team more success and nothing but good thoughts. They are a fantastic choice for any pet parent who wants peace of mind.
