Thanks to the wonderful owner and the kind staff, I found a truly amazing spa. Both of my babies feel comfortable here and always come home looking beautiful after their treatments. They were absolutely thrilled at the Halloween event, and seeing so many familiar faces among their friends made them genuinely happy. For my dog’s birthday, I ordered an adorable cake. It was a preservative-free cake made by a nutritionist, and it’s even safe for humans to eat. Seeing their joyful faces made me so happy. My dogs are not very cooperative when it comes to bathing, and nail trimming is usually almost impossible. The groomers here were incredibly patient, calm, and gentle with them. They handled everything so professionally and made my dogs feel comfortable throughout the process. I was really impressed with how well they managed, and my dogs came out clean, well-groomed, and stress-free. I’m so happy I found this place and will definitely be coming back!

RR Fluffy tale is a gem. I just moved to the area recently and was looking for a self wash station closer to home. There are 3 stations and they each provide privacy which is great for nervous/anxious dogs like my own. I wish I got his name but the man who helped me was so incredibly kind and patient. My dog was very nervous but he was very understanding and showed experience with dogs like this which I really appreciated. He helped me set up the station and made the whole experience much more comfortable for Leo and I. Supplies like shampoo, towels and brushes were provided. I also really like that the tub is easy to get into. Some tubs are higher and my dog has struggled to get in them because he needs a step.. but he was able to get in and out without issues. I can’t say enough great things about this place. From the moment we walked in, they made my two cats feel completely comfortable as if they were at home. The space is spotless, and very welcoming, you can tell they truly care about cleanliness and comfort. The groomers are absolute professionals. They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and even offered helpful suggestions based on my pet’s coat type. When I came back to pick up my cats their coats were soft, shiny, perfectly trimmed, and smelling fresh! What really stands out is the love and patience they show every animal. If you’re looking for a place that combines top-notch grooming skills with genuine compassion and care, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my furry family member. Highly, highly recommend!

My puppy was getting his first groom at RR Fluffytale’s. They told us that for a first-time appointment it usually takes about 2 hours — no problem. After almost 3 hours, I called to check in. They said he’d be ready in another 40 minutes. Fine — I was still patient. When I arrived, they told me he needed another 10 minutes, so I waited in the waiting area. While I was waiting, I could hear my puppy crying and being scolded by the groomer. I thought, “Okay, maybe he’s having a hard time staying still,” and I tried to be understanding. When they finally brought him out after 30mins, I didn’t even recognize him. The haircut was terrible, but I told myself it was fine — his fur will grow back. I paid, gave them a tip, and left.
