Update: manager reached out to me for corrections. They did an excellent job. Note that I’m a regular customer here and I always tip 25%-30% for the past year. I told them that my dog’s haircut was uneven but they didn’t offer to correct this mistake. Take a look at the picture 😭. This is absolutely crazy for a haircut mistake on a regular customer. I also clearly booked grooming for my golden retriever but they didn’t even ask me what I wanted when I brought her in. They immediately started working on the golden and failed to communicate with me. Now, I need to find a different groomer to actually cut their hair.

My dog 🐶 baby has been seeing Tiffany and her team at Bobby & paws since he was 4 months old, and now he’s 8 years old still seeing the same groomer and never have they missed the mark! My doggie loves that it’s safe and nice place to go get his nails and hair done. Definitely 10 out of 10, best grooming service in Queens and NYC! You won’t regret paying a visit.

I love this grooming place. It’s located in Bayside and there is a parking lot. The one in charge (I forgot her name) was very sweet. She did a good job in not cutting my dog’s hair so short. It is my second time and I will keep going there as much as possible. Very clean and nice staff.

Love this place. We bring Dash our service dog there. They took him when he was a pup (completely vaccinated and verified it with papers). They were and are always patient treating him with care and love. We always pick up Dash satisfied with whatever service we request that day.
