I have been taking my pets here for years for routine check ups, but this weekend, my cat started to have some stomach issues that wouldn't go away. I brought her in on 1/20 to see what was wrong. They were quick to assess my cat and get working on what needed to be done, and the staff was very attentive and understanding. The price of the services were very reasonable as well! I rushed in today because my puppy went from running around and playing outside to tripping over his feet, lethargic and wobbly. Even though, the doctor was unavailable at the time, the receptionist was extremely helpful in assisting me with finding a location that could see my puppy. She was so calming and helpful!

My family was recommended to Royal Oak and I am thankful that we were, the office is hygiene, calm and welcoming to both pets and pet parents! The ladies are absolutely amazing and I will be staying with them for all of my pet care need.

Yesterday, my little dog, Picasso died. Dr. Collins and her team at Royal Oak Animal Hospital were the kindest, most helpful, and compassionate people. Over the years, the care given to my dogs has been exceptional and I use Dr. Collins for my veterinarian needs. Yet, yesterday, Dr. Collins compassion and exceptional care was extraordinary. I cannot thank this team of Doctors and staff for their care. I am deeply moved by your compassion and will always use your Hospital to ensure my animals have the care and support from this team.

Janice Collins is the absolute GOAT. She's responsive, helpful, she listens to her clients and she loves our pets. Never had a bad visit with Janice. She got my boy in for an unexpected Surgery the next day and she's been absolutely amazing through the whole process. Can't recommend enough.
