Route 20 Animal Clinic

My puppy Suzie was seen today for her first visit with Rt. 20 Animal Clinic, 5/2/2025 for a health check, to be chipped, her nails trimmed and a few medical shots. Suzie is 3 months of age but I’ve only had her a very short time, about 5 weeks now. I could not possibly be happier with her new Dr., Nicholas Kotsopopoulos, than I am right now while this visit is at his facility @ 84 Southwest Cutoff, Worcester MA. 01604 The staff as soon as I walked into the receptionist area, I was greeted with the nicest smile and the lady at the reception desk, with care, her accommodations, she paid such attention to our new puppy, so complimentary, she took our information and double checked by the added little notes I had written on the papers, I had received where Suzie had been purchased and where

My Princes get surgery yesterday and she came back sleeping but today she's is happy 😊 like nothing. Best Vet ever High Recommended

Vet did not seem like a “dog person”. My dogs were anxious and he was not kind or gentle with them. He very aggressively flipped one of my puppies and slammed them on the table. I was horrified. Definitely would not recommend. Scary to think how he would treat the animals when the owner is not present.

I just cannot say enough about Route 20 Animal Clinic, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous, and staff, especially Colleen. My parents and I have been taking our pets to the clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Nick is so caring, patient, and understanding. Often he's returning calls until 8pm and has given his personal cell phone number if there are any issues post sedation, regardless of procedure. From tumor removal surgery to dental cleaning he calls to check on our pets. He will also ask about how my parents are doing and their pets when I go for a visit with mine. Colleen is fantastic with grooming. My long haired cats would get shaved in the summer so they were more comfortable and she always made them look so adorable and smell so nice. Dr. Nick is amazing!! I have been bringing my dog there for years, even after moving. He is the best! Always provides reassurance and guidance, with a calming character. He is so kind and caring. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. I appreciate him and his team so much!
