Highly recommended for dog grooming! Jess cut my dog Bom hair very nice and neat! Very friendly and nice atmosphere. I will definite come back!

Less then a week ago my son and I brought our 6month old Yorkie. We had told the groomer more than once not to cut our puppies hair super short and to please make sure to leave some hair in the front to protect his eyes. My son had called this place several times to what he thought was all the facts along with the price. When we came back to pick up out puppy he was shaved completely and all of the hair in the front was almost gone. There excuse was that our puppy was matted and it needed to be cut that short. But my guess is it's much quicker to just shave off all the hair than to actually groom the puppy. He looked just horrible and it cost us $70.00 what a botched job. They came across very friendly and concerned, just took my 6 month Yorkie for his 1st time grooming at this place. What a horrible experience of a lifetime. Can't even figure out how to get in the place ,there's 1 sign that says park here and then another sign saying to go around the building to another street. I was quoted by " Lauren " the groomer I spoke with her in a few other women a few times and " Lauren's " quote was an estimate of $20 - 30 dollars but depended on how much grooming and manny needed. Yes I understand that the puppy had matting and his hair was a bit long , however the price was more than double that and we strongly expressed how we want the front of his hair to be as long as possible, because Yorkie's are supposed to have that should be protect there eyes and sh

JL and his team are second to NONE when it comes to taking exemplary care of your furry family member! I have a rescue (Billy) who is timid and shy and he was welcomed into the Fuzzy Pants family with open arms and now has a crew there (canine and human) that he absolutely adores and looks forward to his socialization time there. Grooming services are also on point and they do an amazing job! Brianna and Jessica are fantastic- Brianna is literally Billy’s emotional support human!
