Route 140 Veterinary Hospital, Inc.

Amazing nice people. Our vet retired (and we did not know). We called Rt 140 Vet at 6:30PM, they close at 7PM. We had never used them before, but they agreed to let us bring our sick cat at the last minute. We got there about 6:40PM and they worked on her until 8PM (staying late for us). Unfortunately she was worse than any of us expected and they had to refer us to the Pet ER in Towson (they are very competent but incredibly expensive) as she needed immediate 24 hour help, which they could not provide. They called Pet ER for us, sent the x-rays and case notes, so when we got there they took us right away. Rt 140 Vet then charged us what we thought was a very reasonable cost for the exam. Unfortunately we lost or cat the next day. To our surprise the folks from Rt 140 Vet sent us

Dr. Vaughn is like a member of our family. We've known him for many years and because of his competence, caring and compassion, we had two wonderful dogs (Bullet & Ashley) that lived long and healthy lives. We are forever indebted to him!

The whole team is so helpful, like a last minute appointment for kennel cough and they are always carrying and gentle

I love coming here when I have to if my dog is feeling under the weather. I had left there for a while, but got tired of the other place and came back here and I’m sure glad I did. I have Dr. Ball she spends her time with them so ever gently, she’s a really good doctor. My dog Shiloh even likes her.

After returning home from vacation our dogs contracted kennel cough from the boarding kennel. Our usual vet office was closed so we called Route 140 Vet and they were extremely accommodating and saw our dogs right away. We were very grateful and because of them our dogs are on the mend. The staff is very friendly and they were very helpful. Definitely recommend!
