Ross Hospital for Animals

They got my pup in right away and did everything I had hoped. Great communication and response. Staff was friendly and helpful and seemed to all work well with each other handing off tasks back and forth. Prices seemed fair comparatively. Excited to bring my new dog there for his first check up.

I have been with this office since 2021- Just before Dr. Ross retired. I'll start with this- The office was amazing with Dr. Ross and Dr. Mazzuchi. Both of these doctors are phenomenal. Over the past 2 years, this office has gone downhill. I just asked them to transfer all of my dogs records to another vet office, which is so unfortunate. Megan (Receptionist) at the front desk and Dr. Katz (Vet) are the two reasons we are leaving. Long story short- Megan created a completely made-up scenario that she actually documented as part of my dogs permanent medical record regarding a conversation she had with me. She documented the conversation completely false using words and statements that I never said- which is fraudulent documentation. Dr. Katz then called me moments later demanding that I apo

Do not go here this place they charge twice as much for vaccinations as other veterinarian clinics just because they’re in Bloomfield Township. Not to mention, they have one of the most annoying veterinarians I’ve ever met. And they charge a $55 cancellation fee within 24 hours. Also, if you have a low driving vehicle, beware of their approach pulling into their parking lot! This will mess your car up as it is not done properly.

Ross Hospital has cared for my pets for well over a decade! Their expertise, care and compassion has never waned. I would encourage anyone who views their pets as family to make this your go to for excellent veterinarian care🐾

We have been coming to Ross for 20 years. They have always been great. We actually moved 40 min away and still choose to make the drive to go to them.
