Dr. Richert is an incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate veterinarian who truly takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure every visit feels thorough and personalized. I always leave knowing my pets are getting the best care possible. The entire team here goes above and beyond. Gina, Sarah, and Mike, the amazing vet techs, are not only skilled but also so gentle and kind with my pets, making every visit as stress-free as possible. Would not recommend this vet. The tech immediately rescheduled before doing any vitals on our anxious dog, but still charged us for a “tech exam.” After questioning why the charge was still added, they say they were being nice by only charging a tech exam, instead of a full visit. After we requested that they look into it further, they stated that they were being nice by not charging the whole vet visit because it took up an appointment slot. We had to pay the charge, but we have since found a new clinic.

I went here about a year ago and I’m still so upset by this experience that I finally am doing a review. I brought in my cat for concerns about him peeing everywhere because they normally do that when something is wrong. They asked me a few questions one of the questions being if there was a change in environment and I said no. Then later I try telling them that when I had adopted a second cat over 2 years ago at the time that he didn’t act this way so I really don’t think it was gonna be a change of environment. She cut me off when I said I had gotten a second cat and said oh that’s it and rolled her eyes because she had already asked me if there was a change in environment and I said no. She didn’t even give me a chance to tell her that this was over 2 years ago and that he must be peein

Absolutely love Dr. Haskell and the girls in the front as well as the amazing techs! You can tell that the doctor and her staff genuinely care about their patients. We've been going here for our little yorkie's veterinary care for years. Dr. Haskell and her staff make her feel at ease and are always very gentle with her. She is a 5 lb senior little lady. They are not out to rob you blind like some not so great clinics we've been to. They really work with you and now offer payment plans, care credit, and packages that cater to your pet.They also offer a discount for military on services rendered.
