Dr.Dickey was nothing what I had heard he was very sweet, soft spoken and explained very well what to expect for treatment for my dad's sick bird. We had financial restrictions and explained and he was willing to work with us and what we could afford. We did lose our bird Mango and my dad was heartbroken but he called late evening and let my dad know that he had passed. My dad was truly touched at the amount of empathy and compassion showed. I would highly recommend Dr.Dickey for any of your exotic's needs. Thank you Dr Dickey for trying!

They are very kind to my Turquoise Green Cheek Conure. Every visit she is calm and feels safe. All of the staff is kind and educated.

Dr Dickey and staff are amazing! They saved our cat and we are so grateful. We were very scared as our cat was lethargic, had no appetite and was hiding. None of these characteristic symptoms are like him. Dr. Dickey was always highly recommended in the past by neighbors and we can now understand why. Dr. Ron Dickey is one of the very best avian veterinary specialists in Southern Oregon. He saved my African Gray's life 4 years ago. His staff is excellent as well!
