I have a dog that had not been seen here before. He’s a foster then adopted dog. He got very ill suddenly, his face swelled up and he was so lethargic he couldn’t keep his eyes open. They had me come in right away! She kept him, and did surgery on her lunch break. What kind of an angel! My little buddy is doing fantastic! Thank you Dr. Hall. AND! Your amazing staff!!!!

My family has taken our 5 very large dogs and all 4 of our cats there and we've received nothing but the best care. We've had dentals, minor surgeries, and rountine care done for our pets and have been very pleased. Dr Hall and staff is compasionate, caring and respectful. They are great so i don't mind the extra wait to get that kind of service. Recommend to extended family members and friends, they all take their pets there as well.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS CLINIC!!! They are HORRIBLE! Since being sold to new ownership, this clinic has completely fallen off the cliff. I am just disgusted with Animal Clinic of Rogue River. Three times I called to make an appointment for my dog who had surgery there earlier this month, and they REFUSE to make an appointment, not once, not twice — but THREE TIMES! The vet herself even after the vet told me they would make him a priority, but two times afterward, they refused to even see him. But in order to make an appointment, I must get up and call no later than 8 a.m. of the following day. I asked why they just can't make an appointment a day in advance. Finally, I had heard so many lies and had seen so much incompetence since the new ownership came on, that I just fired them. I a
