1. I had to wait at least 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment on two separate occasions. Do you think they would accommodate clients who show up 30 minutes after their appointment? 2. The front desk staff can never be bothered to smile or greet you when you walk in - you have to address them for them to even acknowledge you're there. This wasn't a one off. This happened every. single. time. 3. Dr. Daggett has made several rude, judgmental comments and couldn't even remember my dog's name during my last visit. 4. During an emergency visit, Dr. Caron simply handed me a stack of brochures instead of treating my dog and sent me on my way. 5. No issues with any of the vet assistants I encountered, except Mae. Dr. Caron is always wonderful and again this visit did not disappoint. He listens and offers suggestions. His gentle demeanor and warm, appropriate sense of humor always makes for an excellent visit.
