I am in here at least once a month to pick up food, treats and other items for my son, Bumpus. Everyone is always so friendly, greets me when I walk in and offers assistance. Thanks for all you do!

The people at Loyal Biscuit really know dogs. My dog had a very sore leg. They asked me several questions, then gave me suggestions for products and home remedies. They weren't out to just sell products. They really wanted to help my dog feel better. He was feeling better the next morning and back to normal the next day.

Love Biscuit Co. as a company/place. Quick question though; I know dogs are allowed there with visitors, but what about workers. Can they bring their dogs in?

I mean, I already knew LBC was terrific! I've been buying my pet's food/treats/toys etc... there for years.
