The care they provide is comforting when you have your fur babies need care. I have now taken two of my pets here. I was going to Brookewood but I have had trouble getting to see a vet ( never one there when I need one). Rock Knoll will now be the to go to vet for me! As a walk in Dr Blackmore took care of my Persephone and gave her all the attention and more. Thank you for working her into your busy schedule. She loved the treat, she hardly notice the temperature check :/ (Sorry I do not remember the vet assistance / techs name. But thank you) Shout out to the short lady behind all the work at the front desk today! Us short people have to look out for each other! Thank you for looking up the care credit for me.

They have always gotten my cats taken care of and helped them if needed. Good pricing as well and their customer service makes you feel very welcome.

My poor cat was terrified. This sweet kitty at the vets office made her feel comfortable and welcomed. All the people working her are kind and gentle. They also called me when it was time for my cat to get her shots. I appreciate the reminder. I'll be bringing my second cat in for her shots too.

We have taken our pets to Dr. Payne for 12 years, for both routine and emergency care, and have always been extremely happy with the care given. Her clinical skills are excellent, and her bedside manner is fantastic, both for our pets and for us.
