I don’t remember the lady’s name that was assisting me but she was truly God sent. Thank y’all so much for what you do. I truly can’t thank you enough for helping me. I miss my baby more and more and I’m forever grateful for the services you all provided for my Shaggy boo! Thank you again a trillion times infinity thank you! This place is incredible, and especially during a gut wrenching time. I lost my dog Mojo of 15 years, and Brenda made the transition of his death to afterlife as good as it could possibly go. She was so compassionate in a very difficult time I was having. The job they did with Mojo is beyond impressive. Brenda, from the bottom of my heart, thank you and God bless you.

I 100% will recommend pet passages to anyone that loses a beloved pet. They handled our Boots with great care before and after cremation. Allowed a private viewing in their rainbow room and the process was quick. It hurts losing a family member and they understood that and were so delicate and understanding. I found myself lost and not knowing what to do after our Bailey passed away. This all happened on a Saturday evening at 4:30pm when she passed and after collecting my self. I called Pet Passages and was explaining to them what had happened and first thing she said after hearing me was, she was sorry for your loss. We then starting talking about what to do next, they meet me at the office and took care of everything. I never imagined about having Bailey cremated but my wife said my daughter had talked to her about this if something would ever happen to Bailey that’s what she wanted for her. They were so helpful and nice. Thank you all for everything you did for our Family with taking care of our Bailey.

Reviews like this are never easy, but the compassion and care Brenda had with our baby was beyond amazing. Even with all the heartbreak and grief going on, she remained compassionate throughout the whole process. She handled our baby with such dignity and set him on the viewing bed so beautifully. He looked peaceful and he was never alone. I'd definitely recommend Pet Passage to anyone going through the hard process of choosing a pet service. Brenda definitely made the process easier.
