My cat somehow went into heart failure with difficulty breathing twice in 2 weeks. Both times, REVS saved my baby’s life. They immediately took her back and got her on oxygen, and did their best to pinpoint what exactly caused her mild HCM to turn into CHF. Each doctor and staff member took their time to care for her and explain everything to me in great detail, whether it was over the phone or in person. Everyone is very friendly. They also allowed me to visit her when they weren’t busy, which I greatly appreciated. Their haste and attention to detail is the reason my cat is alive today. Ibuprofen and dogs do not mix!! So very thankful this vet exists. My 9 year old German shorthaired pointer remains mischievous thanks to their care. I was distraught at the thought of my dog suffering and passing from this ingestion. I arrived at 9:30pm to a full waiting room. They took him right back and started fluids. Numerous more severe cases came in after and it was difficult to see people who cared about their pets in pain... I had an emergency situation on my hands when my little boy, Theo, rapidly began to decline. His regular vet was unable to get him in but thankfully REVS came to the rescue. I was greatly impressed with their professionalism. They quickly diagnosed him and determined he had eaten items that he wasn't supposed to that had lead to a serious blockage. They were clear with my options and up front regarding cost. It wasn't cheap, but the emergency surgery they performed saved his life. My wife and I are very grateful.

A vet tech (Soba? Im sorry, incorrect spelling)was AMAZING!!! took my pup in quickly, assessed him... He was sent home after reassuring me... so kind, passionate, lovely. TY si much!! Front desk staff very kind. Highly recommend

I brought my dog in after she had a syncope episode. There was zero wait and everyone was super friendly! They took my dog back immediately, confirmed that she was stable and recommended that I take her to Cornell to her Cardiologist for an echo. When I went to check out, they told me I didn't owe anything. I was blown away! I'm so happy we have 24 hour vet in our area again - especially with such caring and friendly employees!
