Robinson's Rescue Spay-Neuter

I've used them several times for cats and dogs over the years without issue. Jokingly, they almost didn't give me Leo back, they loved him so much. 😂

The employees were great, friendly, and professional. You can tell they've got a happiness pertaining to their job and the animals. My alarm didn't go off and they work on a strict time limit(do to volume) but they waived the late fees. Thank you Robinson for doing a great job for our Jenny. P.S this was during one of their free events

Appts go fast and you have to sit waiting at 10am on Mondays, so that's why i gave 4 stars. Once you're able to get an appt scheduled though, they provide do much information about what to expect before and after and the drop off/pickup process normally goes very smooth and quick!

Signed on to make appointment at 10am due to all the confusing answers had to retry and back out over 4 times finally after completing the multiple steps was informed no appointments after 10 minutes, I have been trying since December 1st, this is very disappointing and beyond ridiculous, appointment steps should not been that hard, this is my last try. I have had numerous cats done here was extremely happy but this shows why there are so many pregnant animals due to this very hard process!!!!

Nice and friendly staff. The service Robinson Rescue provided for my fur babies, GiGi and Laila, was excellent. They provided reminders, updates, and answered any questions I had. The drop-off and pick-up process was a breeze. Thank you for taking care of my babies' spay surgery.
