This place is full of fuzzy friends. Lots of creatures and supplies to care for them. I’m not sure how ethical it is with all the different animals here, maybe stick to adopting. They have hermit crabs that aren’t in the best conditions (I have too much hermit crab knowledge) so I wish they had better humidity for the crabs (no mesh top, heat mat instead of lamp, 2 water pools with salt water and fresh, 6” of substrate) Hermit crabs are one of the smallest animals and they require a lot of care, makes you wonder how bigger animals are doing if even the crabs aren’t in the right conditions. It was cool to see all the animals and I’d recommend getting supplies here, they have a wide variety of tanks, food, aquarium things, leashes, anything you need for an animal they probably have. I recently got two of my babies from here (two brother kittens) and I am in love. Everyone was so helpful and kind to me during the whole process. However….a week later I find out they were INFESTED with fleas during a bath. Fast forward to now and I’m STILL trying to get rid of them. PLEASE be careful the next time you want to look at all the four legged babies here… EDIT: scheduled for the vet because I now find out they also have ear mites, just like other people have said about their kittens they’ve adopted from Zimmers. I did NOT pay almost 900 dollars just for my babies to have infections and parasites!! As nice as the staff is…you do NOT know how to properly care for these animals..and LYING to customers about a small animals wellbeing instead of caring for them is abuse!!

We love going to see all the puppies & kittens. We recently purchased a kitten, turns out she’s very sick. Once home we noticed her sneezing, she had a runny nose, & a lot of discharge from her eyes. Took her to the vet 2 days later where she had to get antibiotics & eye ointment. We went back to the vet 2 weeks later she’s still sick & needs to continue the ointment, get another dose of antibiotics. She also had to be treated for ear mites. I also found out from her fecal sample she now needs to be treated for roundworms & another parasite that was found. I’m really disappointed we paid as much as we did for this kitten and now have to spend all this extra money for the vet & treatment. I did call & they said to come in and will give us a check back for what we paid for the cat,

Got multiple animals from here. Great people and great advice. My dog Lucy is 3 years at this point and happy as can be. Ignore the other reviews these people have posted. They stand behind every animal they sell and treat them with love and respect.

2nd dog I got from Zimmers, first one is about to be 10 next year. My dad also got a pup same time that I did. Everything was very smooth with purchasing and the dogs are doing great. Some pics of the dogs we just got.
