Everything went well as this was my 1stvtime using ur services. I was disappointed only because when I asked the vet for suggestions on what foods to help my cat lose weight, (she weighs 14 lbs), she said I had to go to my normal vet office for advice. If she is a vet why could she not give me that advice? Now I will have to spend more money on another vet office visit after spending $160 at PetVet. Why the refusial?
The application said no appointment necessary and they were a little rude because we didn’t have one and I sent in my dogs rabies vaccination record through email and I have yet to receive an email with the corrected information. It should be a three year not a one year. He did have his boosters . He is 4 years old.
Your personnel were professional, personable & easy to deal with. They were quick & my cat was well treated.
