Although the people who put my dog down were very nice when I left I didn't take my dogs collar when I picked up the ashes the girl couldn't find it when I called later she was very short and quite actually bitchy the next day she said they cremated my dog with his collar which she wasn't very believable when she said it was one of the hardest things I've done and she made it seem like I was bothering her by asking for his collar I think her name was Karen

Cost wise it's decent but I feel they didn't give my kitten a complete checkup because she still had mites in her ears

The Vet we had when putting our dog "down" was very validating (he emphasized how it was the right timing to do so-- stating that some people wait too long)....... the vet tech, Michelle, was absolutely the best we could have had in our situation. She was so attentive and absolutely comforting to us and our dog Tara when we brought her in for her end of life euthanasia. I couldn't have imagined it any better than the peaceful and calming nature that Michelle put us in. She never took her hands off of our beloved pet ..... petting her and putting us at ease until the very end. Truly the best!My daughter and I were at complete peace and so was Tara. This really made this difficult decision a positive experience. I highly recommend bringing your beloved pets to Riverside animal clinic.

As Someone Who Has Never Been Thru The Process Of Putting Their Dog To Sleep I Just Had To Share My Experience From Riverside Animal Clinic . We Could Not Find Our Poor Boy Urgent Help We Were Waiting For Days And I Finally Got Pointed In The Right Direction . I Called Them And They Made Time To See Us That Same Day . We Sadly Knew What Was Needed To Be Done But The Way They Advocated For Him , Cared For Him , Comforted Him And Emphasized For Us Really Helped The Process . The Room Was Clean The Staff Were Very Friendly And Professional . They Deserve The Recognition. Thank you Riverside ✨.

Called for an emergency because regular vet is 45 minutes away. Was told since we already have an established vet they won’t take our dog. Understandable that you’re busy, but an emergency? Staff were rude and dismissive. Maybe it’s a good thing they won’t take our dog, why would we want him to be treated by a facility who clearly does not care about providing quality services or the overall well-being of the animals they serve. (We have heard bad things about this vet and that is why we don’t go there to begin with. The rumors are true.)
