Fantastic vet, kind and caring staff! Thank you Dr. Arbo for calling and checking in on my baby! I appreciate the care and love you and your staff show my Maggie every time we need to come in for a nail clip to a check up. Thank you so much for being understanding with her being so spicy, haha! Thank you for being a big part of keeping her alive and healthy!

I almost gave two stars because we have been going here for the past 2-3 years. We have 6 dogs so we spend quite a bit of money. We get their regular routine vaccine as well as flea medication and their yearly physical. Every year. Today we had an emergency with my one year-old dog she was sliced open from shoulder to shoulder. We took her in soon as they opened to see if we could get her seen sometime today they turned us away. For this, I am disappointed. But I have bumped it back to five star because the Dr personally called me this evening to check on Maddi ( my dog) and make sure we were able to take her somewhere and to make sure she was doing okay. I do understand you can’t always get everyone in, but I something should be done to help your recurring clients. Either recommendations

Dr. Arbo is legitimately the only vet I trust and my girls Willow and Leela love this place. I never get them back scared or shaking. I love that they keep me in the room during the entire process and I have complete trust they will care for my girls every time. I refuse to go elsewhere no matter how far I live from them.

Extremely Rude receptionist answering phone 11/3/25 We moved to the northside looking for a reputable service for our chihuahua, she had an accident requiring an assessment - non life threatening - from a vet and also establish care since our last vet is in Durbin Park. The receptionist said no just take her to the ER and ended the conversation and refused to help further or look into any appointments saying they don’t do that there, extremely condescending. No one should even call this place, take your pets elsewhere, where they care and will actually have a conversation.

Dr. Arbo and staff are super caring and kind. Dr. Arbo takes his time to listen to all of your concerns and doesn't rush you in and out. He takes the time to respond to all your fears that you didn't mention, with assuring answers, so you have some peace of mind. He loves on your babies and takes great care of them and the parents during the visit. So thankful we found him, and closer to home to boot!
