River Run Animal Hospital

I have been taking my 3 high maintenance dogs to RR since they opened. We have always had a very good experience and scheduling has been fast and accommodating. The staff is fantastic. Period. We love everyone but Jaden and Jess are truly fantastic. I mean they all are and my dogs love being there which is weird but they are who they are. The boys have seen all the vets so you really can’t go wrong- great beside manner and take their time during your appointment. One complaint is my high maintenance dogs don’t like being weighted every time we go in and then told we have to cut back on treats. But hey what can you do?

The vets and staff are amazing. They are great with our baby girl. The only negative is fee schedule. Went in for an annual check up and had sticker shock. We still love River Run and they will continue to look after our girl.

Both of my dogs have seen every doctor visit this practice and we've had a great experience! We go for annual check ups, vaccines, and dental cleanings. I love that they are a fear free vet practice where the doctors and techs all get on the floor with my pups. Even though one of my pups is very sickly and anxious -- they both love going and always wag their tails This speaks volumes about the quality of care and comfort provided.

I am so happy my friend recommended me to River Run. From the moment we met the staff we knew it was going to be a great fit. The office is so clean and nicely maintained. It does not smell like a veterinary building. The front office staff is so nice and accommodating. They answer emails, phone calls quickly because they care. Dr. Morgan & Dr. Farris is who our Nina girl sees and they have gone above and beyond with her care. They take the time to explain, I never feel rushed, they GENUINELY care so much. They treat my dog like she was theirs. The techs are so great as well. The office manager, Jessica is absolutely phenomenal and so friendly. They give our dog treats and love the ENTIRE time we are there. Nina and our family are so happy River Run is our go to spot! Thank you all so much

Dr Magelinski is knowledgeable, compassionate, honest & easy to talk to. I feel like she listens & includes me & our pets circumstances into treatment plans. All the staff are polite, welcoming and caring. As busy as they are, I feel like they remember our pets and are very helpful.
