Dr Crocker and his staff are amazing so kind, providing the best of care to my two boys Dash and Oreo. Maria usually answers the phone when I call she is so helpful and very knowledgeable about questions or concerns I may have.

Our Havanese pups have been seeing Dr Crocker for 4 years, we are always very happy with the level of service from the moment you walk in the door. They explain everything in great detail before they take your pup back for any exam, testing etc. Dr Crocker always calls with test results or if I have questions or concerns and takes his time to make sure you understand everything. He is very patient and kind and the prices are fair considering the high quality top notch care your pet receives. They were also very kind to us when we had to put down our sweet Dolly last Christmas. We will never go anywhere else!

My mom's 15-pound Shih Tzu was attacked by two Great Danes. River Road Pet Clinic is our regular vet for Princess and we immediately took her down to the clinic. They were fantastic with getting her in right away and being able to help her. They were honest that she may have to go to the animal hospital but they were able to assess and treat her without needing to take her somewhere else. Dr. Crocker was very open and upfront about what he thought might need to be done and the chance for a good recovery. They saw Princess over the next two days for wound care and bandage changes. She is healing very well and it's thanks to the great staff and doctors at this clinic. Everyone is especially kind and you can tell they actually care about both the animals and their nervous human parents.

I’ve taken my cat here twice in the span of a couple months for different reasons. Both vets that treated her were calm, kind, and respectful. They took time to ask me questions, educate me, and provide thorough exams/treatment. They took great care of her without performing unnecessary procedures and tests and called me to check in on her after our visit. The staff is friendly, the clinic is clean, and I found it very easy to get an appointment. My cat is doing great and I am very grateful for the care she received here.

Exceptional staff and excellent service. I took my new puppy there on a walk-in basis. They fit us into their schedule that day! The vet and techs were professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.
